Likewise, GAVA GRUP has a crime prevention model, also called Criminal Compliance, which complies with the regulations applicable to the company in terms of criminal liability of the legal person.
It is precisely within the framework of our Criminal Compliance that our Company has an ethical channel that allows to communicate through a simple form, in a safe and confidential way, the irregular and inappropriate conducts, as well as any regulatory breach that could occur in the development of the activity of the company.
The ethics channel is managed by a Compliance Body with autonomous powers of initiative and control in matters of regulatory compliance, which guarantees the security and confidentiality of the information communicated.
Communications may be anonymous or non-anonymous and may contain any doubts or queries regarding ethics and regulatory compliance. All will be received and analyzed diligently, rigorously, confidentially and treated in accordance with the protocol established for this purpose, based on best practices, in order to give them a response and an orderly treatment.
